Status
The operational state of each Perps Fund service as our team reports it, and the history of past incidents, so you can tell a platform problem from an account problem.
The Status page reports whether Perps Fund's services are working, as our team has set them, and keeps a
record of past incidents. It is public, needs no account, and answers on its own address as well as at
/status.

When you'd use it
- Before you report a problem: if the page already shows an incident or a degraded service, the team knows about it.
- When something feels wrong mid-session: a stalled chart during a posted Price Feed incident is the platform, not you.
- After the fact: the incident history says what happened and when it was resolved.
What's on the page
The banner at the top sums up everything below it, with an Updated time in UTC:
| Banner | When it shows |
|---|---|
| All systems operational | Every service is Operational and there is no open incident. |
| Degraded performance | A service is Degraded, or an incident is open. |
| Major service disruption | A service is Down, or an open incident is critical. |
Components lists each service and its state: Operational, Degraded, or Down.
| Service | Covers |
|---|---|
| Trading Engine | Order submission, fills, and the risk checks around them |
| Price Feed | Live market prices and the streams that carry them |
| Payouts | Payout requests, review, and disbursement |
| Dashboard | The signed-in app surfaces |
| API | The public and developer API |
Active incidents appear when something is open, each with its severity (Minor, Major or Critical), its current stage (Investigating, Identified or Monitoring) and a thread of timestamped updates. Incident history keeps recent resolved incidents with their duration.
Who sets the states
Each service's state, and every incident, is posted by our team; nothing on this page is measured automatically. The banner is then worked out from those states and the open incidents, so it can never say "operational" while a service is marked degraded. A problem can start before the team has posted it, so an all-clear page is not proof that nothing is wrong. The Updated time is when you loaded the page, not when a state last changed; reload to see the latest.
What it does not cover
Status is about the platform, not your account. A locked account, a breach you disagree with, or a payout you are waiting on are account questions: those go through Support, and a breach you want reviewed goes through Breach disputes.
